Getting fit and back in shape after pregnancy!

With every pregnancy they say your recovery time is 4-6 weeks. I’ve now passed the post pregnancy 4 week mark and healing has completed!! That means I can get more serious and take more steps towards getting fit, and back in shape!

I’ve given myself a challenge—and a due date–my sisters upcoming wedding the end of July….fast approaching!!

Keeping up with good nutrition, and continuing with my nutritious Body by Vi shakes, and adding in fitness to really kick start this challenge!!

I’m not going to start jogging…YET …(as it’s not recommended until after 6 weeks)…..but I am going to start lifting some weights, using work out equipment that we have at home, and possibly some workout DVD’s.
I will have to try PX90, and Insanity….but all in due time! Wink

Today and this week I will be using the DKN Machines as part of my workout routine!

  2. Good for you Deanna! Having just given birth I am also excited to “get my body back,” so weird not sharing it with a little person anymore 🙂 Can’t wait to see you at the wedding!!
