Thirsty Thursday! Body By Vi Candy Cane Shake Recipe!

Here is another delicious and nutritious shake to enjoy over the holidays…the Body by Vi Candy Cane Shake! Two different variations to try below! Let me know which one you like best!

Body by Vi Candy Cane Shake Recipe:

  • 8 oz. Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 TSP. Pepperment Extract
  • 1 Strawberry Flavor Pack
  • 5 Ice Cubes

or try this recipe variation of the Candy Cane Shake,

  • 1 cup skim milk, soy, almond or rice milk
  • 2 heaping scoops of Vi-Shape Shake Mix
  • 1/2 cup of crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon White Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix
  • 1 crushed mini candy cane
  • 2 drops of peppermint flavoring
  • (Food Coloring Added for Photo Only) Blend until Smooth!
