Cherry Banana Vi Shake Recipe:

  • 6-8 oz milk
  • 2 scoops vi shape shake mix
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • (optional banana mix in flavour for added energy and health benefits)
  • 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
  • ice cubes, blend and enjoy!!
