Strawberry Pina Colada Shake Recipe:

  • 8 oz milk
  • 2 scoops body by vi shape mix
  • 4 large chunks of pineapple (fresh best)
  • 4 strawberries (fresh or frozen….frozen preferred for chilled drink)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 3-4 ice cubes, blend and enjoy!!
